Terms of Service

The agreement, in plain words.

Last updated October 10, 2026. Seymour is a service of High5 Labs LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, 4030 Wake Forest Road, Ste 349, Raleigh, NC 27609.

What Seymour is

Seymour is a personal read-it-later service: you save web pages, videos, podcasts and email for your own later reading and listening, and Seymour keeps a copy, narrates it, and files it when you finish. It is for personal use, the same way a browser's reader mode or an offline reading list is.

Your account

You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password and your device tokens to yourself; a token for a device that goes missing can be revoked in Settings. One person per account.

What you save

Seymour stores personal copies of pages you explicitly save. You are responsible for what you save and for respecting the terms of the sites you save from. Seymour is not a publishing platform: saved content is visible only to the account that saved it, and must not be used to redistribute somebody else's work.

The subscription

Every new account gets 14 days of everything with no card. After that, saving new things and having them narrated is a subscription: $6 a month or $50 a year, charged in advance by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for the sale. A subscription renews until you cancel it. Cancel any time from Settings; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Everything you already saved stays readable and playable whether or not you subscribe.

Refunds

Write to support@saveseymour.com within 14 days of a charge and it is refunded in full, no reason needed.

Prices

If a price changes, it changes for your next renewal, and you hear about it by email before that renewal is charged.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time by writing to the address above; everything you saved goes with it. We may close an account that is used to attack the service, to redistribute saved content, or to break the law, and we will say so when we do.

The service

Seymour is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and to keep your library safe, including a nightly copy of the database, but we make no promise of uninterrupted service, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes with it and the change is described here.
