Everything goes to support@saveseymour.com. Say which device you were on and what you expected to happen. If an article is involved, its link helps; if a voice said a word wrong, the word and the article are enough.

Your subscription

Seymour is $6 a month or $50 a year after a 14-day free trial that needs no card. Settings has a Manage Billing button that opens the billing portal: change the card, switch between monthly and yearly, see every invoice, or cancel. Cancelling leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for. Switching to yearly takes effect straight away with the unused time credited; switching back to monthly waits until the paid period is over.

Refunds

A charge you did not mean to make, or a subscription that did not do what this site says it does: write within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full, no questions. Payments are processed by Stripe, and a refund lands back on the card within a few business days of being issued.

What stays yours

Everything you saved stays readable and playable whether or not you are subscribed, and your highlights export as Markdown from the Highlights page. A subscription is what lets you keep saving new things and have them narrated.

Getting things in

The iPhone app's share sheet, the Chrome extension, a bookmarklet for any browser, a private save-by-email address, and a paste box at the top of your queue. All of them are on the install page, which also carries the extension and the bookmarklet themselves.

Deleting your account

Write to the address above from the email you signed up with and it is done, with everything you saved and every recording made from it. There is nothing to export first unless you want your highlights; those export from the Highlights page.
